Robert L. Demorest , , , Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of MOCON, Inc. | Director since 1995

Robert L. Demorest has been our President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since April 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Demorest had been our President for more than five years. While at MOCON, his work has involved evaluating material properties as used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging, coatings, petroleum, electronics, automotive, medical, plastics, and high-barrier industries. Mr. Demorest has over thirty years of experience in the manufacturing of specialized scientific instrumentation and test systems as well as being the Chairman of Mocon Inc, since April 2000. He has been an Independent Director of Marten Transport Ltd. since December 2007. He has been a Director of Mocon Inc, since 1995. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Luxcel Biosciences Ltd. He is active in numerous trade associations, including ASTM, TAPPI, IOPP, ACS, and SPE. His articles have appeared in trade periodicals such as Food & Drug Packaging, Pharmaceutical Technology, the TAPPI Journal, the Journal of Film & Sheeting, and the Journal of Packaging Technology & Engineering. Mr. Demorest holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Robert F. Gallagher , , , Distinguished Service Faculty at St. Thomas University and former Chief Financial Officer of Stratasys, Inc. | Director since 2005

Robert F. Gallagher has been a Distinguished Service Faculty at St. Thomas University since January 2013. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Stratsys Inc., a developer and manufacture of rapid prototyping systems, for more than five years. In addition to Stratasys, Mr. Gallagher has served as Chief Financial Officer for three other public companies, including over ten years at an instrumentation company, TSI Incorporated. Prior to these corporate positions, Mr. Gallagher was a public accountant with KPMG LLP. Mr. Gallagher has a BSBA degree in Accounting from Creighton University, and an MBA, with emphasis in International Business, from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Bradley D. Goskowicz has served as Chief Executive Officer at Microbiologics, Inc., a manufacturer of biological reference materials for quality control testing since February 2010. Prior to that, he served as their Chief Marketing Officer since 2009. Prior to joining Microbiologics, Inc., Mr. Goskowicz was the Vice President of Marketing and Clinical Site Development at Myocor, Inc., a venture backed, development stage medical device company, and has held senior sales, marketing, and leadership positions with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Inc. and Thoratec Corporation.

Tom C. Thomas has been a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, a law firm, for more than five years. He practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, technology transactions, corporate governance and executive compensation. His work with clients includes counseling management on fiduciary, disclosure and other obligations, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, and compliance with corporate, securities and takeover laws. He is the head of the firm's Venture Capital practice group and a member of the firm's Corporate and Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups and the firm's Information Technology, Clean Technology, Nanotechnology and Life Science industry teams. Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice law in the State of California and is also a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Thomas received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1985 and his B.B.A. (Accounting), summa cum laude, from the University of Iowa in 1982.

David J. Ward has served as General Manager of Cargill Process Optimizers, a provider of technical services and software that assists many of the largest food and beverage companies improve efficiencies, for more than five years. Prior to joining Cargill, Mr. Ward was the President, CEO and Director of Braas Company, a distributor of factory automation solutions for discrete manufacturers, and held senior general management positions with Emerson Electric Company.

Kathleen Iverson , , , CEO of Black Hills IP | Director since 2014

Ms. Iverson currently is the CEO of of Black Hills IP, a provider of IP paralegal, docketing and trademark services since October of 2014. She also volunteers time with small businesses to assist them with strategy and execution. Board Member of Nortech Systems Inc., a Minnesota based contract manufacturer. Previously Ms. Iverson served on the board of directors of Speed Commerce, Inc., a provider of flexible end‐to‐end E‐commerce services to retailers and manufacturers, retiring October of 2014 after 6 years of service. Prior to joining Speed Commerce Inc. Ms. Iverson served as a director of CyberOptics Corporation, a manufacturer of optical process control sensors and measurement and inspection systems used in the electronics assembly equipment market and in the semiconductor industry, from May 1998 through January 2014, and was Chairman of the Board from August 2009 until her departure from that board. Ms. Iverson served as the President and CEO of CyberOptics from January 2003 until her retirement from that company in January 2014.

Paul R. Zeller , , , Chief Financial Offier of NatureWorks LLC | Director since 2014

Mr. Zeller is CFO of NatureWorks, a joint venture of Cargill and PTT Global Chemical, a position he has held since August, 2014. Prior to transitioning to NatureWorks, Mr. Zeller was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Imation Corp., a position he held since May 2009 and was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 2004 to May 2009. Prior to joining Imation, Mr. Zeller held several accounting management positions with 3M Company.

Mr. Zeller is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Orchestra, serving on their Audit and Finance Committees.
